6. Right to Deactivate. The Company may immediately suspend access for outstanding balances owed to Speak Your Way to Cash® or affiliated programs, or violations of these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use. You are solely responsible for compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, and all applicable outreach laws.
8. Governing Law. Governed by the laws of the United States.
